The Board of KKB Engineering Berhad is pleased to announce that the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on 25 April 2000. A first and final dividend of 4%, tax exempt, , if approved at the AGM, will be paid on 11 July 2000 to Depositors listed in the Record of Depositors on 19 June 2000.
The notices of AGM and dividend entitlement will be advertised in STAR newspaper on 7 April 2000.
20 copies of the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 1999 and PDF diskette will be forwarded to the Exchange in due course.
