Subject ANNOUNCEMENT ON AWARD OF CONTRACT

The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Bhd. is pleased to announce that a Letter of Acceptance dated 20 June 2000 has been extended to the Company by Kuching Water Board for the construction, completion and commissioning of the Proposed 900mm/700mm diametre steel pipeline from Jalan Airport/Jalan Stutong junction to Sama Jaya, Kuching, Sarawak.


The contract sum of the award is approximately RM6.5 million (Ringgit Malaysia Six Million and Five Hundred Thousand only) and completion period of the contract is approximately fifteen (15) months.
